Guidelines to get started

How to get started with YKUSH3

Connecting

The basic physical setup is as simple as connecting the YKUSH3 board a host, using a USB cable. See the related products section on the YKUSH3 product page for examples of USB cable for connecting the board to the host.

The length of the cables should be the shorter viable for your use case. The longer the cable higher will be the transmission delays. If a transmission delay long enough it will bring the communication to out of spec.

The simplest way to get the YKUSH3 working is to have it in bus powered mode and attach it to the host. See the powering modes in the Power input section.

Controlling

To control a YKUSH3 board you will typically use a control application on the host. See the Get started steps section.

You can also use I2C or GPIO to control the board from systems other than the host.
